Explore ProgrammeOur approach ensures that every initiative is relevant, inclusive, accountable and rooted in the realities of young people and their communities.

Our programmes are shaped through direct engagement with young people, schools, communities and partners.
Young people help identify priorities, co-design activities and lead the programmes that affect their lives.
We work with schools, families, leaders and community organisations to build ownership and long-term sustainability.
We track progress, listen to youth feedback and use evidence to improve the quality and impact of our work.
We collaborate with government, NGOs, communities and the private sector to reach and support more young people.

Yet too many young people struggle in silence with anxiety, unemployment, limited life skills and no safe environment in which to seek support.
These challenges affect confidence, education, relationships, employment and long-term wellbeing. Kanga Foundation Tanzania exists to help change that reality.
Safe spaces where young people can speak and be heard
Practical skills for confidence, leadership and decision-making
Pathways to employment, enterprise and financial independence
Every young person deserves to be mentally healthy, skilled and economically empowered.
